      Mr. Wang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and automation. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2006. He received a master's degree in control theory and control engineering. From 2008 to 2011, he studied at The Ohio State University School of Law in United States and received his J.D. degree. He was admitted as a lawyer in China in 2007, New York State in United States in 2011, and a Chinese patent attorney in 2014. Since completing his studies in 2011, he has been engaged in intellectual property law, and has worked in large domestic law firms and intellectual property agencies, and joined Newtalen in 2024.

      For more than 10 years, he has focused on patent and technology-related intellectual property affairs, handled a large number of patent applications, and successfully handled dozens of patent infringement lawsuits, patent invalidation lawsuits, technical secret infringement lawsuits and other cases. His technical expertise includes wireless communications, CMOS imaging devices, acoustic transducers, engine and clutch systems, etc. He has represented a well-known international telecommunications company in a series of invalidation disputes, and represented a well-known auto parts manufacturer in a number of patent administrative litigation cases.
